Where are you based?

Our core team of designers is London based. Our network that handles development, content creation and other services is located all around the world.

Do you have a portfolio?

Hyperwork is a service in its infancy. For references and projects we worked on you can check out our mother company website: 

Can we schedule a call?

Our service is based on the idea what you don’t need to call anybody. If you’re the calling type, it might not be suitable for your needs. No calls is the reason we are able to focus on work and to offer you good value for money.

Okay, but how do we communicate?

Slack, Notion or any business communication channel of your choice. We set this up for every project so that you can focus on other tasks.

Why don't you do naming?

Naming is a commitment that any business should handle. Our opinion, going through many naming processes, is that the business owner or person responsible should be the one to come up with the name. 

Who owns the rights to the work?

In short, you own all the rights to any finished business asset. That means that if we did 5 logo options and you choose one, you own the option you went for and all rights associated with it. Same logic goes for all services.

What happens if I want to work with someone else?

If you want to stop at any time, we hand you over any assets or access that will help you continue your project with someone else. On request we can also send any material you need after our engagement is over.

Do I get money back if I cancel?

If you cancel mid-week (say Wednesday) you will get your money back for the working days remaining in that week (Fri & Sat in this case). For example, if your subscription is 350GBP/week and you cancel on Wednesday, you get back 140GBP.

How often do I get updates?

Our promise is that you get updates daily. Small, incremental updates that push your business forward and allow you to give momentous feedback, without too much on your plate.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes.
We take any major credit and debit cards and you can pay online after your subscription is generated. 

Is payment secure?

We operate all payments with Stripe.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. 

Good to Know

It goes both ways.

Projects can go amok for a number of reasons. We try to offer you the best of our expertise. Sometimes that isn’t enough and we have to call it a day. After each week each party decides to go forward or not. After all, minimal communication is a style, and not all people favour it.

We cancel projects when the there is no chance that the outcome is positive for both parties involved. When cancelling we make sure we deliver all materials developed up until that point and that our projects can be continued by someone else.

Stack

Our stack depends on the project. The designer(s) and developer(s) you will be paired with can advise what they think is best. We always prioritize getting the job done faster and easier.

Project Process

Your project is published on a dedicated page where you have access to all materials.

You will find all project progress and milestones over there. When the brand development process is over you’ll have a complete brand asset page to revert to.

Communications

We only communicate through the written channel of your choice. Never calls and never meetings. That saves us a lot of time and saves you a lot of cash.

Tools used

Althought you might not need or want to know this, we use Adobe XD or Figma for websites and apps, Slack for chats and Notion for project progress.
